THIS IS RESET.

Reset Reformer began with James. As a physiotherapist, he’s spent years helping people rebuild strength, recover from setbacks, and rediscover their love of movement. Again and again, he saw how much it changed lives — not just physically, but mentally too.

But he also saw the barriers. Too many people thought Pilates wasn’t for them. The stereotype of it being only for the super-fit, the flexible, or the so-called “Pilates princess” put people off before they even tried. James knew it didn’t have to be that way.

That’s where Reset came from. The idea of creating a space that was different. A studio that felt open and welcoming from the minute you walked in, where movement could belong to everyone. Somewhere that stripped away the intimidation and focused on what really matters: feeling stronger, moving better, and enjoying the process.

We’ve been working on this space for a long time. From the layout to the light to the atmosphere, every detail has been shaped with one thing in mind: making sure you feel comfortable and supported here. It’s not just a place to train — it’s a place to reset.

And at the heart of Reset is community. Every class, every instructor, and every new face adds to the energy here. It’s not about competition or comparison — it’s about showing up, moving together, and celebrating progress in all its forms.

Reset Reformer isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. Whether you’re brand new, coming back after injury, or looking to push your training further, you’ll find a class and a community that meets you where you are.

This is Pilates, but not as you know it. It’s your space, your reset, and we can’t wait to welcome you in.
